Tiling floor texture

Just a quick blog update before we go into the Easter break. Basically showing my tiling textures I have made to use within the level. Not much to discuss really as these textures just take time to paint and then are a bit of a pain to make tile without creating consistencies that ruin the tiling effect. The first is the cobble stone to be used on the ground of the level. The second is a tiling red brick texture to be used on walls of the filler buildings, walls within the level and to sit behind some broken plaster or the Beelzepub building. I’m happy with the variety amongst these bricks and stones and I think it’s not too noticeable when it tiles however I would like to use a micro surface texture blended over the top of these textures to help break up the pattern a little more. With the PBR maps added to them these textures are ready to go into the level.

Sorry to be so quick and brief but literally is all I did this week other than some further re-topologizing on the dogs heads back at home.
